Hello and good evening,
I'm looking for a C-Class and came across an ad on mobile, which I'll link to at the end of the post.
I called there this afternoon and the seller said to me that his boss only sells the car commercially to prospective buyers from far away (2.5 hours), because the costs in the event that the car no longer starts, for example, would not be worth driving 2.5 hours to tow the car. However, it is the case that the warranty does not apply to commercial trade.
Unfortunately, I'm not an expert in this field and I can't really judge whether you could do without the warranty or whether it would be better to make use of it, after all, a year is a long time. Especially since, as a layman, I find it strange that I might not be able to sell the car even though I'm interested.
What is your opinion and view on this? Can you waive the warranty or should you make use of it?
I would be very grateful for suggestions and opinions.
I think he's doing pretty well.
I have a few requirements for the car
- Automatic
- preferably diesel
- PDC
- best in black, silver would also work
- Kilometers: unfortunately I don't know if you can buy a car with 200,000 km without any problems, it sounds like a lot to me, so I always look for cars with fewer kilometers.
- I heard that there should be any problems from the 250 onwards, because there are 6 cylinders?! don't remember exactly.
- priced, maximum €11-12,000
mobile
Thanks and regards
