Normally, heating engineers have a spare part for the defective boiler quickly at hand. At the moment, however, they often have to put off their customers.

When the heating goes on strike, it's usually enough to pick up the phone and help is on the way. This winter, however, heating engineers can sometimes only shrug their shoulders because the necessary spare part is missing. The supply bottleneck for electronic components has also reached your trade. Tenants and homeowners are therefore sometimes caught cold these days.
