Destiny 2 01/18 Maintenance – Patch notes and info

Destiny 2 is returning to the regular update routine and today, January 18th, there is a downtime on PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, PC and Google Stadia. The hotfix fixes known problems, but also means a server down. You can find the most important times and information here on MeinMMO.

Here's what you need to know today: Bungie has announced an afternoon update for Tuesday, January 18, 2022. So you may have to reschedule your destiny activities. According to the announcement, the servers should only be online again one hour before the weekly reset.

The important thing is that even if you have downloaded the update, there may be connection problems until the end of the maintenance work around 6:00 p.m. You may have to expect queues when logging in. Also keep in mind that third-party applications and the official companion app cannot be accessed correctly.

That changes with the update in Season 15

This is what the hotfix brings today: Bungie has already spoken about two known problems in advance, which may then be fixed today. The update could well contain even more changes.
