Double simple construction with infrared heating and flat rate rent

Heat pumps or infrared heaters for new buildings are almost standard. But if you want to advance the energy transition or break the old gas heaters in existing houses, what do you do? There are already a number of examples for existing single-family houses, but the challenges for existing multi-family houses are still great.
