The community of owners only had to carry together the maintenance and cleaning of the joint fireplace and, for example, the joint gas supply to the floor heating systems.And even this bill is the responsibility of the property management commissioned by the WEG.For the maintenance of the individual thermal baths, chimney sweeps will have to make appointments directly with the respective owners in the future and invoice the maintenance fees individually.
Hillemeier assumes that the chimney sweep will charge the apartment owners this additional effort."But if you have a new condensing in your apartment, you only need to have it waiting every two years instead of annually, the cost increase for heating maintenance will probably be low in such cases."
