Tips for styling in Very Peri - the color of the year 2022

Very Peri is the name of the new trend color selected by the Pantone Institute for 2022. The strong color is a mixture of blue tones and red-violet and stands for more courage, creativity and dynamism.

Of course, the fashion world can’t ignore the trend color either – Very Peri leaves plenty of room for fantastic outfit combinations. The new trend color is eye-catching and certainly not found in many wardrobes.

Nevertheless, it is more changeable than it appears at first glance. Combined with neutral colors such as black, white, gray or cream, the shade comes into its own without being obtrusive.

Paired with jeans, Very Peri gives the look a little extravagance. In a bold combination with other trendy colors such as yellow or pink, the look becomes a real statement.

If the original color is a little too strong for you, you should rather choose delicate shades of lilac. The color goes particularly well with spring and gives every look more freshness and liveliness.

With a pretty coat or sneakers in the trend color, a rather simple outfit quickly becomes a real eye-catcher. Another great and individual option is to simply re-dye your favorite items with fabric dye.

This way, old clothes not only shine in the new Pantone favorite color - it is also a very sustainable and resource-saving way to try out the trend color. If you don't want to do without the trend and prefer things to be a little simpler, then accessories are a good idea.

A bag, hair accessories or earrings in the bold color show a sense of style, but above all they can still be combined with simple outfits in the years to come.
