New »Re:ZERO« character shows Rem in Qilolita outfit – Anime2You

The Japanese company beBOX recently introduced a new character of Rem from the anime series »Re:ZERO – Starting Life in Another World« (Japanese: »Re:Zero kara Hajimeru Isekai Seikatsu«).

Figure releases October 2022

The new »Rem – Qilolita Version« from the manufacturer beBOX measures approximately 29.5 centimeters on a scale of 1:7. As usual, the materials PVC and ABS are used for production. You can see the first images further down in this article.

The standard release is scheduled for October 2022 at a price of 19,800 yen. A pre-order will soon be possible at participating figure dealers. Depending on the provider and country, the sales price may vary slightly as usual.

The anime adaptation of »Re:ZERO – Starting Life in Another World« now includes two seasons, which are available on Crunchyroll in Germany. A disc release of the first season with German and Japanese voiceovers took place some time ago at KAZÉ Anime.

As far as the face is concerned, you don't see that much because of the hair standing in the face. That's not meant negatively, just a neutral statement. What I find irritating about it is the open mouth. That should probably be a loud laugh or a friendly 'HEY!' represent. But especially in the picture above right, it looks more like she's screaming to me.

Great, I was wondering what that term was.

The figure is intended more for the Chinese market, with the base and the flair that the figure exudes, it should find buyers through out. Well, I don't think the outfit is that bad, but I don't think it has anything to do with Lolita either. Unless the open mouth is supposed to indicate a certain sexual play? ... But no, I think the mouth is just badly done.

Well, you exaggerate but also hard, slutty or sexy doesn't fit at all or only partially to the figure for me, except for the neckline, it comes across as very pious. You don't have to like the figure, but it's still just a backless colorful dress with a cleavage, with the criterion almost every second dress would be slutty and 17-year-olds probably wear far more revealing things these days.

@jojo so sorry, she's probably a long way from a small child, she's 17, so clearly a teenager. In this respect, the original designation is probably extremely questionable and wrong...because after that there would only be such in most of them, because it is known that most of the stories have young people in them. How good you think the clothes are, you can argue about taste...it's not as bad as you want to see it, it's pretty normal and there's a lot of material. On the other hand, look at other much more nude characters (and their poses) if that's a bad thing...

Wow, really well made figure. Colorful but not overloaded with colors. Great facial expression! Price…okay, not mine. But it's a matter of preference for me. The cute pose and the level of detail is good to very good.
