Petition against Wahlwieser greenhouse was rejected: Singener Wochenblatt

Stockach-Wahlwies.Already in the plenary session from 1.July, the state parliament of Baden-Württemberg followed the recommendation of the petition committee (printed matter 17/278) and is therefore not corresponding to the petition that an initiative from Wahlwies had submitted last summer, the "Pestalozzi Makes Bio" foundation now said.

The construction of the construction granted last May has thus existed, according to the protocol (page 18 ff) of the Petititions Committee.

As part of a detailed examination of all concerns that affect the new greenhouse, the petition committee had not found any shortcomings or failures on the part of the client, the Pestalozzi Gärtnerei gGmbH, based in Wahlwies.

The objections in the areas of landscape maintenance, nature conservation and traffic were checked.who had brought the petents into the field and demanded another location for the greenhouse.

In any of the three areas, the allegations of the petents of the independent examination by the Petitions Committee stood, according to the support association.

The board of the "Pestalozzi makes Bio" foundation welcomed that the conclusion of the petition procedure now has clarity in all of these matters.The petition committee in particular was assessed as a completely harmless and suitable option.

In its communication, the board regretted that the construction project was triggered for a debate among the citizens of Wahl.As a partner of Pestalozzi Gärtnerei gGmbH, the foundation is responsible for the future of the gardeners' company.In addition, the Foundation is very important to secure the jobs created here with support requirements in the long term.The greenhouse construction is necessary to implement these goals, and was always expressed at the on -site dates with the petents and the citizens' initiative.

Of course, the new greenhouse will be integrated into the landscape as best as possible.In addition, further projects of the foundation should promote nature and environmental protection in the future.Against the background of the decision of the Petitions Committee, the construction work is continued as planned.The first cultures should be planted and harvested in the greenhouse in 2022, according to the announcement.
