Madita van Huels shows herself in lingerie: "I hardly know any shame at all"

Around a year has passed since pregnancy and her figure, according to her own statements, has never been better. The fact that women are under great pressure to regain their previous figure after having a child is still a problem in society. But more and more women are standing by their new bodies, says Madita van Huelsen, whose son Tjorven was born in March 2021. The TV presenter spoke to AZ about the hot birthday photos.

AZ: Congratulations on these sexy pictures. How did that happen? MADITA VAN HÜLSEN: I just felt like it because our little family and I went through a tough few months after the birth of our son.

"I'll never get such a good figure again"

What happened? We haven't slept more than a total of two hours a night for a year now and it took me just as long until I got mine body halfway back. That's why I gave myself a gift with this photo shoot. I said to my husband: "I want a shoot like this now. I'll never get such a good figure again."

The photos are truly impressive. What made you do this? For me, "body positivity" means feeling good in your own body, even when things aren't perfect. Of course, you can't always do that, but if you do, then you should enjoy it - whether man, woman or diverse.

What is the message behind it? I would recommend everyone to treat themselves more. Be it a photo shoot or just a little champagne or cake in between, even though it's not your birthday. It's often the little things that make you happier.

Her son is now one year old. Have you lost weight again through sport? I didn't train at all (laughs). I had neither the time nor the strength for that. Due to the continuous sleep deprivation and breastfeeding, many pounds have already fallen directly after pregnancy.

Did you aim for a specific body weight? No, definitely not. I think the female body should be given the time it needs to recover. This is very different for every woman. I was never really slim before the pregnancy and I always thought that once I became a mom my body would definitely go downhill. Fortunately, I was taught better. I'm incredibly grateful for that.

Are women still under weight after pregnancy? Luckily, people's consciousness has changed a lot. Ashley Graham is a great example and role model. She just gave birth to twins and she looks absolutely gorgeous. I would wish that strengthening our own self-esteem is normal and that we are proud of everything our body has experienced with us in life.

It is often said that it is "brave" for women to show themselves without make-up or with rolls of bacon. That's absurd, isn't it? I think it's brave, because you always have to expect negative comments and messages. However, I am pleased that there are now so many people who sometimes show themselves unstyled or even post a photo if they don't feel perfect. These people really have backbone.

They are also completely nude in the photos. I hardly know anything like shame (laughs loudly). Photographer Ulf Krüger is a longtime friend of mine and an absolute professional. But there are certainly situations in which it would also be a challenge for me...

What would that be? For example, if my parents had been present at a shoot like this.

Would you also have "Playboy" photos taken of you?Yes, because "Playboy" is legendary to me. It's always called "entertainment for men". But I think it could also be called "Entertainment for everybody", because I like to take a look there too.

A cherry tattoo flashes from your intimate area. I got the tattoo from the time when I was touring a lot with bands. Two small skulls are also tattooed in the cherries.

That means you're only partially good to eat cherries? It's good to eat cherries with me, but you don't want to have me as an enemy either.
