Heating economically and climate -friendly - a number of reliable heating systems are now available for this. You save both CO2 and operating costs. And because the changeover is currently massively promoted by the oil, heat pumps, pellet boilers or fuel cells are also more interesting than ever.

Experts such as Wolfgang Süßmeier, owner of a company for heating and solar technology in bogweis, recommend an air heat pump for new buildings, preferably operated with electricity from our own photovoltaics (PV) system. The lowest possible flow temperature is important. Therefore, air heat pumps are particularly useful in connection with underfloor heating.Older houses in which radiators still hang are better off with the changeover to pellet heating. In this case, the oil kettle is replaced by a pellet boiler and the fuel room is converted into a pellet camp.

As a house number: A ton of pellets costs around 200 euros and corresponds to 500 liters of heating oil.If the CO2 tax is collected to fossil fuels in the coming year, the price difference should become even clearer. As an interesting option, Oliver Schwarz also offers hybrid systems in his Emmeringer heating construction company."These are, for example, combinations of natural gas boilers and air heat pump," explains the specialist.“The natural gas boiler is only used in the particularly cold winter months.“The prerequisite for this form of heating is the connection to a gas line or the presence of a liquid gas tank.

Anyone who lives in a large single -family house, has a pool or runs a small business, a fuel cell can be interesting for them."It works like a small power plant," explains Michael Wölfl from Emmering. Its electrical, heating and sanitary company stands for holistic systems in energy and building technology.A natural gas connection is a prerequisite for installing a fuel cell.Hydrogen is obtained from the natural gas, from which heat and electricity are generated.Mind you: "The main product of the fuel cell is the electricity, heat is more of a by -product," says Wölfl. It is enough for hot water preparation.A gas pitz load boiler should be available for the heat requirement of the house.A great advantage of the fuel cell is that there is no combustion - it works without a motor, continuously and silently.

High funding from the state

For the conversion of old heating to modern, environmentally friendly and economical systems, generous state subsidies are currently flowing. For example, the changeover of oil to pellets is funded with 45 percent. In the case of heat pumps, biomass systems and renewable energies hybrid heating (EE hybrid), a funding rate of 35 percent for new buildings and existing buildings applies, whereby the grant increases to 45 percent if an oil heating is exchanged with the installation of the new system. Many municipalities have also put on funding programs.Since the application for the funding is quite complex, heating companies such as Oliver Schwarz 'Emmeringer heating construction offer a conveyor service. The application is prepared so far that the customer only has to sign."The service gets the maximum for everyone," promises black. It is also checked to what extent federal funding and municipal funding programs can be used.

State funding is carried out by the Federal Office for Economic Affairs and Export Control (more information at www.Bafa.de)
